It's kind of boring and the logo is awkwardly placed.
Maybe move the logo and use color?

To be honest, my ex boyfriend. Because he (for the most part) treated me with respect and could always make me smile no matter the situation. He wasn't the brightest kid, but he was adorable and smart in his own way. And his laugh was kind of contagious.

I agree with this 100%.
I've always loved photography and music and putting the two together is just amazing.
I was scared people would say stuff like this about me, which is why I waited almost a year until I actually invested in a nicer camera, because people were giving me such good feedback on my other photos.
I always feel like whenever something gets written about this that it's about me because I'm newer to it :/
I'm taking a class right now too to learn as much as I can because this is what I want to do as a career. And my teacher compliments my work all the time and that's one of the only opinions I trust.
Anyway yeah, just a little rant.
