Have you actually ever been to Nitehawk?
It's one of the cleanest, best kept theaters I've ever seen. There's a table between each set of seats, and you're give cutlery with your meal. It's not finger food in your lap.
But as for the listening to others eat, yeah, that's sort of unavoidable.
You either dig it or you don't. They sell out nearly every show, so there are certainly enough people who do.

I'm a little surprised no one's mentioned the saphire crystal lens cover. That's going to be a hell of a lot harder to scratch than the plastic on the 4 models. It's reason enough for me to be pumped.
