Sounds like the funk I was in earlier this month. I cured it with a lot of vodka and a dance party to Pat Benatar's greatest hits. You're welcome to try that out and see if it helps :) Hope things get better for you, lady!

I just wanted to say that you have really inspired me this year to get going on my own fitness goals. I'm not up to running a 5K yet but I am going to participate in one on Friday and jog/walk. One day I'll be able to run the whole thing. You've been such an inspiration. I love reading your blog and your tweets. Thanks for sharing your journey!

While Kandi is a talented she will never be able to come up with stuff like, "Now, now, now Kim. I AM a ten… I probably could go down to a size eight, but I don’t FEEL like it… GUESS WHY.
