Hey mate. Thank you for taking the time to read what I wrote, and to share your thoughts. I appreciate your insight a lot, and it feels good to know people who are going through, or have gone through similar fates of the turbulent mind.

I'm currently reading the book, "Feeling good, the new mood therapy". It's an effort in itself to get the motivation to even read at the moment, but I've just started this book, and it's fantastic. I saw my doctor today, and am going to continue reading this book a bit more, then I'll decide whether or not I want to see a therapist to help put certain principals into practice. I'm daunted by the prospect of talking about myself and my emotions, so I'm not even sure if therapy is for me.

Anyway, thanks for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm comforted by the thought of anyone who has these same troubles, and I send my best to you in hopes that you will regain everything you deserve.
