Is these devices will record around 2 hours of audio data, normally from the captain? and will the co-pilot’s headsets and an additional microphone placed somewhere on the flight deck?

I know the battery life would be cut in half or more, and it would void the warranty, but is it doable? Could the power supply and cooling handle this sort of thing? Will the motherboard recognize the processor or do you need some sort of software or hardware clock setting thing? Is the processor soldered on or socketed?
