hello Fe, this is in Cagwait...a famous white sand beach destination near Butuan...approximately 3 hour ride from the city. There are also regular bus, vans and jeeps transport from Butuan going there

hello Jim, I feel your sentiment I believe, they are everywhere....from the Pattaya to Phuket...to mountain resorts of Baguio..

there are a hundred more reasons to visit here in Butuan...one is the food...from exotic traditional cuisine to neo-ethnic mix of Asian flavors. I must say they complement very well the beauty that surrounds in all the landscapes.

ok, noted..

if my sole intention was really to claim the pic as my own, then I would have simply disregarded putting the name of the author of the photo....but in this case it isn't...I am just simply putting them because of their appeal as far as promoting the sites of the city....after all, we are all just the same in purpose of bringing the city's presence in the blog world..

I am glad that you are coming back to blog again, a lot has been asking already of your wherebouts. They miss your pictures.. By putting some of your pics here, I just thought I was doing them and you a favor..But seems it's not. :-)

hello Hilda, yup, its fun to walk along long sandy beaches....

the big plus in this resort is their underwater life...from a short distance from the shore one can wonder on the diversity if marine life beneath the sea...they also offer boat rides with glass or see through bottoms..:)

Its a good thing you will find it your way back home again in Butuan....though seems NOT of your will and choosing....but perhaps by divine intervention...ha..ha..ha

Seems you have many things to get re-acquainted again to your home city...not to mention the street names...but other newer spots as well.

But I wont be naming them (for purposes of surprise by the time you arrive) :)

hello Pia...yes the place is very accessible by public transport

from Butuan Terminal, there are many buses, vans or jeeps that will take you to Hinatuan...

from Hinatuan town center, you can take a trike or a jeep ride to cambatong..where this enchanted river flows :)
