The U.S. trade deficit soared to $80.2 billion in November, near the record high of $8.14 billion hit in September, the Commerce Department said Thursday.

In October, it had fallen to a revised $67.2 billion. Analysts had forecast a much smaller gap of $71.6 billion.

I am no fan of how USAG Sessions has executed his duties to date. That being said it is a complete falsehood that he is refusing to open an investigation into these matters. I am calling BS on this article he started an investigation as far away from DC as possible, in Salt Lake City Utah. The investigator has subpoena power and the ability to convene a grand jury. Any trial would be in Utah. Where would you want a jury pulled from Utah or DC/Maryland/Virginia ? Let's let this play out folks.
