Plugs right in to Photoshop. From there you can create your own brush shape for sketching or use one of the hundreds of presets. I sketch with my same natural motion. It's pressure sensitive, works great!

Thanks guys! The larger format is a lot of fun to play around with and it lets me get a bit more verbose with my techno-babble. The 4 panel strips felt very confining. And Winnie it's very easy to hear Huey Lewis in my head whenever any one mentions time travel.

HA, My 10 yr old actually drew the Flash one, I inked it though. He was pretty happy it made it into the strip.
