Great post!</p><p>First, many (or most) kids would be better off going to a trade school, enlisting in the military, etc. Forcing them into college is doing them a disservice.</p><p>Second, having them pay for their schooling improves the learning experience. As you indicated, they value it more and focus on their performance vs. the next party.
