Nate, the most important aspect of creating and building a company is honesty, honesty with yourself and what you are building. My hat's off to you for having the balls to be honest with yourself. I have been buying Nike in my daughters sharebuilder account (her call) since I started it 5 years ago, Nike is a top performer, yahoo, dumped it after the acquisition pop.

And Nike handled the sweat shop crap with grace, great company

Yeah but it's $5 less that I pay for my N95 data plan from at&t , they hit me for $35 a month.

I bought my daughter an iPhone for xmas, she never even opened the box (recently I gave it to my creative director), she went and got a blackberry curve. Yes it was all about txt, she never uses the phone for web, hardly even for conversation. Maybe when she gets older, (she is only 13), she will have the need for a phone with a good web browser and other media features...

The Auditors are dumb not stupid. They waked in with printouts of a different company asking me to explain the software licensing, it wasn't even my company! The entire audit was based upon that, but since they were there why not go thru all my records for the last 3 years... I'm sure we'll find something!
