Almost all the
Democrats in office at the time of the war voted to fund it.
Any surplus that professed was on paper only with no GPN or tax base to
back it up.
You need to stop drinking the Cool Aid and read you financial history about
big spenders first.
That would take you back to FRD LBJ RFK they spent to near bankruptcy and
mortgaged our country to fund wars.
I do not want the Government having anything top do with my health care.
They screw enough things up already.

In a message dated 9/28/2009 9:10:43 A.M. You will still
have your private choices. No body, nowhere has talked about changing health
care to one vast government option...it is a mix of options, more than 90%
private. The argument about socializing is based on fear instead of
thinking. Yes, it would have been good to control spending SO THAT WE WOULD NOT
HAVE TO SPEND ON THE IRAQ WAR FROM 2003. Did you oppose spending on this
war? When Bush entered into office, he had a surplus and now that he left we
have huge debt and no choice about spending more to just stabilize things.
Republican have overspent on their pet projects, war.

Link to comment: http://disq.us/igcy

-----
Options: Respond in the body to post a reply comment.

To turn off notifications, go to: http://disqus.com/account/n...

Re: Health Insurance

Do not socialize my health care. We need to start with controlling our spending. then we will be able to help those who truly need our help. The current plan does not even come close to assisting others only increasing or national depit.

Re: Health Care Reform discussion at the White House

We need to be carful we we talk about health care. Some of us have high quality health care already and don't want it jeopardized by Congress or the Presedent.
