Now then I've looked into this and although I use Windows Live Writer to draft all my blog posts, I pulled up the blogger window to test it in chrome and found that if I hover over the picture, wait for the box with the sizes in it to show up and then press down and hold, I can move the images just fine in Chrome. Are you using Blogger or Blogger In Draft?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;And for your second niggle: yep agreed!
