No. Sorry I wasn't more specific in the original post, but we were still looking into the numbers. We're targeting sites that are posting hundreds or thousands of items a day.

Old versions of firefox already use I'm Feeling Lucky if you type a non-URL into the URL bar. Newer versions use something Google calls "Browse by Name" which is a hybrid between I'm Feeling Lucky and a normal google search depending on how confident google feels in the first result. You can change back to using I'm Feeling Lucky instead if you go to about:config and change keyword.URL to:
http://www.google.com/searc...
