I highly doubt it. If I have to pick a fashion photographer that the general American public would know, then it would be Demarchelier, Testino, or Meisel since American magazines have over used them.

I'm testing CS4 now, it's actually much easier to use than CS3, personally. But there's way more options, some are very unnecessary, so it might get confusing. And I'm rather use to doing HTML by hand so, it's actually very easy. I've never heard of Coda, but I'll try and test that one also. Currently doing a free 30 day trial with CS4, will make decision to buying it afterwards.

Going well so far, I'm liking it very much.

Irving Penn is amazing! I wished more photographer would take a less literal approach to their work, like Penn and Avedon.

Haha. I love Jordan. For some reason, when she's in a show, Chanel Iman is pretty much out of the picture. Another proof that designers hate having more than one black model at a time working the runway.
