I absolutely hate it when a company tried to screw the people that helped to build the foundation that made it what it is today. We need to have loyalty instilled in our psyche again. Japan is a great example of a country that is great with loyalty among its company members.

Seed deals are the best way to go currently because with other types of venture capital funding there is so much paperwork that it takes alot of time just to get the deal done and its also dilutes company value too much. Seed money is also easier to get as it doesnt have to pass through so many regulations.

It will take many years and even a decade for these online advertising companies to fully be able to measure how well branding works on websites but it will eventually happen. Also the cost will also eventually come down as this info starts to become accessable to all advvertising companies.
