Every American that buys stocks in global firms doing business in China is guilty.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;We must, the whole world that is, due someting about the environment.  European economy is not crippled by Carbon Credit. Our cost of electricity is high compared to most of the industrial world and more you try to save, the more you pay.  We must stop ignoring old problems and say this cannot be done and so on and place electrical wires underground like they have it some countries.  In  Europe some residences use small Kaplan hydroelectic turbines to generate their own electricity.  Yes we can create more new jobs!  No industries should be harmed and even if they are we need to go forward.
