We use the VLC media player to slow down videos that contain rapid movement.

It is a great player that is compatible with Mac and PC and allows you to slow down those super speedy videos.

Thanks for commenting on this. We have a 2-step approval process. The first is pushing it to the site where we then review and approve/deny.

That being said, Brian if you are okay to count at home while you perform the record and include the count in your submission it would be speed up getting records approved.
