Nice dude, I can't wait until I get one. I've been hardcore into racing 1/10 SCT, 1/8 Buggy and 1/5 truck for the past few years and haven't given the first though to rock crawling/racing until I came across your videos online. That coupled with the release of such an epic rig is a sign that I must get into scalers :D

It's actually Compiz. They're called 'Ringlets' and they're a part of the standard 'Screenlets' set. If you're running Intrepid you should be able to access them. You can go into the terminal and type: sudo apt-get install screenlets. Once it d/l's and installs you can run it and choose out of a big list of different widgets. I run the ones I want and then lock them into place. If you want them to start up every time you boot up you'll need to add Screenlets (the program) into your 'Sessions" (System>Preferences>Sessions)

Thanks! Yeah, I love how Ubuntu is so customizable and it's really easy to do. I've changed everything down to my mouse pointer haha. If you have any trouble finding and/or changing things, just let me know and I can probably help you. If I can't I'm sure I can point you in the right direction.

Ps, I just took a look at your site and I am terribly envious of you haha. A few of my friends moved to Japan and it's one of those places I could just see myself enjoying and staying for good.
