If you’re having trouble with a ticket and can’t get through over the phone, Alaska has a text service available at 82008 which is quick at handling both simple and complex issues when you may not want to sit on hold for an agent.

Comparison charts are some of the best. The other things that are useful are one-off credit card reviews where you're not pimping the card every week. I need one review, then I can go back and search for it. Very useful.

I asked AS, they have custom-designed padding on their seats. Have yet to fly the AS ones but the LH/LX slim seats blew the pants off the sCO seats.
