You may know what you're doing but there are too many others who aren't licensed precisely because they can't pass a test. Your sewer line, however, would have to be in the wall and not in the floor, as is the case in 99.9% of most homes. A wall-mounted toilet is rear discharge and most residential toilets are bottom discharge. You also can't hang a toilet from a couple of studs. You need to install what's called a fixture carrier inside the wall.
