It's very similar to a Print Gocco if you've ever used one of those, except the printing area is much larger. You can get the machine for around $200 most places. I bought mine at Michael's and they give you a $50 gift certificate. I didn't feel like waiting for it/paying shipping charges to get it somewhere cheaper online.
