We hope the Broadband movement of the 21st century does not become the Civil Rights Movement of the 60s, fifty years ago from today. Indeed, all "people of color" need access and inclusion to develop policy and relevance for broadband technology...but black people are at the bottom of the list in the majority of poor, urban communities nationwide. What will America do to ensure the right technology is made readily available and properly introduced to those who need it most?

Hello Alex, I actually just saw your reply. We are making great inroads. Our debate trainers and community judges/parents helps sustain debate. We are just really beginning to aggressively fundraise for debate. We are planning a Southeast muti-level tournament next year in the Spring 2011. We would love to host Boston's debaters here in Jacksonville, Florida.
