I thoroughly examined the laptop contents when it came out in 2020. Please understand the contents were not on a website that was easily accessed. I had to bounce through a couple of VPNs to get there. Full contents were there. To tell the truth I was only interested in his financial dealings because of Hunter's Ukraine kleptomania. Which were corrupt as could be. Wasn't really interested in his whoring photos. But then I scrolled through the pics and saw Hunter and his neice. As in a carnal incestual acts. I was shocked and that's an understatement. It was so bad that I thought better of taking screenshots. At the oldest his niece would have been 15. So basically if I had taken screenshots I would have had child porn on my computer. I thought that it was a very hot story and that some journalist would have published on it. But I was wrong. That's when I learned the media was as corrupt as the Biden family and DC. As for Hunter, he is a very simple child predator. His courtship of his brother's widow was not puppy love as portrayed in the media. He was already stalking his niece when she was just 10 years old. If there is anyone in the family that I have pity for it's Hunter's niece. No child should have to endure that. And the fact that so many in this country will keep voting Democrat regardless of the candidate's sad record is beyond me.

Locally I absolutely will not patronize any establishment owned/operated by Indians which includes a lot of convenience stores. When I buy gas it is from a multistate convenience store chain owned by a Tulsa, Oklahoma man who pays his American employees quite well. They work hard and every single store is clean and consistent. And you are absolutely correct about bringing in the extended family. It becomes a pyramid scheme. As soon as they get here they are trying to bring in the next member of the family. Half of which are very likely working for the scamming operations that target the American elderly and steal billions. The Indian government could lend some assistance in cleaning up the scamming operations but it won't. My guess is high level officials are in on the scam. I have no respect for that country.

Including the H1b visa holders. Most are from India, a country that makes Russia looks like a bunch of angels when it comes to corruption. My experience with H1b visa holders is that they readily accept and facilitate under-the-table payments to avoid paying taxes. I used to work for a small engineering company owned by an Indian who immigrated to America and became a naturalized citizen in 1978. When work slowed down he tried to fire me for being 'racist'. The entire episode was a lie that was being documented by his secretary, a former US Marine, who was automatically copied on all of his emails. She brought everything to be including copies of checks he was giving his Indian H1b employees in the form of 'gifts' which is absolutely not allowed in our tax laws. It was so egregious that when the EEOC was made aware by said secretary they fined the owner over $1 million USD. At which point he lost the company.

My guess is all of these hotels owned by Indians that employ obvious illegal immigrants are paying them cash so as to avoid taxes and benefits while the immigrants are all too happy to work for slave wages so as to not attract the attention of immigration officials.

You are quite correct. But the parties control how the elections take place. For instance in 2012 I attended the GOP Tulsa district convention in support of Ron Paul. We had the numbers to take control or at least effect big positive changes. What happened? The Romney RINOs had the sheriff's deputies march us out of the convention, AT GUNPOINT, before the convention started. I suppose they told them we were terrorists. This was about the same time as the local sheriff was getting millions to spy on the residents with a 'fusion center' and mobile elevated/manned spy stations you would see pop up, normally at sporting events but sometimes randomly. I have sworn off the GOP ever since. If I support Trump it is through purchases of licensed items here I know the money does not got to the GOP.

Read David Martin's sample legal filing to understand which specific laws have been broken. None of them warrant a death sentence. For the time being.

I tried both Modafinil(several years) and Adderall(two doses and never again that stuff made me miserable) and neither were much help. Two nights of Xyrem and I felt like I had the energy of a three year old. Prozac was worthless. Strattera did do quite a bit of good for daytime focus. Not sure if its still on the market. I wish you all the best with your endeavors. Try and get on Xyrem. Most people do quite well. There's about 13,500 patients taking it in the USA. By the fb page I think Xyrem Support Group you can see there are a few side affects. Anxiety is probably the worst and I attribute that to sodium overload. I counter it by exercise to the point of perspiration. Easy for me because I work on an oil rig and live on a farm. Never a shortage of work to do. As a side note the reason Xyrem is so expensive is because it has a street name...GHB. Hence the War on Drugs has taken over and the way our idiot government decided to restrict distribution. More on that later. Get signed up for Xyrem. There are programs to assist for those who can't afford it.

Pailhorse: Not sure where you are located. You must find a sleep doctor and one that will work with you. Then you will have to get a sleep test...if you know you have narcolepsy perhaps you already have that done. Xyrem has been around for 15 years now. I've been on it for 12 years. You take it twice per night and it makes you go to sleep for 2-4 hours depending on how your body metabolizes the medication. JAZZ, the manufacturer, has come out with a new form of it called XYWAV. The original formulation has a load of sodium in it. And this does cause some problems in my non-physician opinion. The new formulation is balanced with potassium and magnesium at the same ratios our body likes to see. The cost of this medication is ridiculous though. $18,000 per month. That's not a typo. Impossible to afford without good insurance. Ridiculous for many reasons. Because I could make it myself for $40/month and at scale just pennies per dose. But I would get thrown in a cage for doing so.

That's interesting although I wish there was more cases of narcolepsy. They can be treated much easier than most mental illness case. Which I understand because most narcolepsy patients suffer from depression and anxiety. Especially with my medication. It has a load of sodium in it. At full dose it most certainly induces anxiety. But the bi-polar,schizophrenia etc. stuff is difficult. Of course I feel the homeless crisis in California is due more to the banking sector. Without the banking sector home prices couldn't rise to the stupid levels that exist in that state and creeping into other states. Factor in real estate and inflation rates are over 9%. Not the 2% the vaunted Federal Reserve claims.

Glad to hear you nipped your habit. Having narcolepsy I understand the lack of energy. Being severely affected by narcolepsy I was lucky to have a family that understood and a career with employment that provided benefits with which I finally found a treatment that works. It's a medication called Xyrem. I take it at night to help get good sleep. I often wonder how many of the homeless are simply afflicted with narcolepsy, which literally interferes in your sleep cycle so that you never get good rest and therefore lack energy during normal waking hours. Unfortunately Obamacare took the cost from $860/month to $17,000/mth. No that's not a typo.

My Dad told me ten years ago he wasn't going to worry about a lot of the stuff I talk about because he'd be dead before it happened. Well him and my stepmom are starting to sound a bit worried. What that quote from the 007 movie 'Spectre'? 'James you're a kite dancing in a hurricane.' The left is obsessed with all things Trump and the right plots to see how they can take advantage of Trump's demise. It's an ugly game but it's serious and the lot of us will be the likes to pay.

It's embarrassing here in deplorable flyover country watch our overwhelming uninformed congressmen and regulatory director completly missed every possible opportunity promote trade. But they are now buying in to the Russian Bogeyman story. I can't fathom this with the Awan story unraveling. I should be front and center in the newsfeeds for months, the prospect of several congressional resignations, espionage charges, blackmail charges, even treason charges.

The pervasiveness of electronics in voting IS a grave danger. I program these touch screens for industrial uses. Without a doubt they cloud if not our destroy any transparency in the voting procedure. The only way to have a chance at using them is for the voting machine to print a manual receipt. This receipt would be machine readable. An independent third party(s) would read the receipt and the independent tallies would be compared with the official tallies. Typically a republican and democrate judge tally the original votes. A judge would need to be supplied by an indendent third party and they would need to be a hard-nosed principled SOB. At some point a manual tally must be done. But the powers that be don't want that as they know the tally is easy to manipulate electronically. Very easy to have my dead relatives to vote also, if you catch my drift. This dangerous use of electronics has been creeping for years. Thankfully the rural districts still have the backwards systems and usually conduct a manual count anyway. This very same touchscreen technology in the ag industry is giving farmers fits. Because they can't conduct a diagnosis themselves. Which is exactly what the voters are left with. Being able to vote but the can't conduct an analysis to see how their vote was counted. By the way, some enterprising Ukrainians have side-stepped the powers that be in the agriculture industry and are providing completely new software for the $300,000 USD tractors and combines which allow farmers to do their own troubleshooting. Giving the likes of John Deere a fit. ;-)

The sad part is that so many in America automatically assume a permit is needed for this or that. And local governments are only to happy to lord their power over such people and then assume others like me should bow down to kiss their jackboots. When I was married I completely rewired and replumbed our house that has been built in 1928....I knew that because I found the electrical inspectors approval documents in a wall.(That was interesting). When we finally moved the meter an inspector did stop by. He knew automatically that I had wired the house. He said he'd never seen such a clean installation in his life. I had another inspector say that about my electrical work for a friend. If I had applied for a permit they would not have allowed me to do the work. Even though I do better work than most electricians. I did the work quietly and I did everything before an inspector could take a look. I did cover my bases though. I had licensed electrician contacts who would have said they did the work.

A college education is necessary? Hmmm? I have one and I most certainly use it. But I don't think college educations are necessary for all. Uncle Bill Gates quit his education to pursue his endeavors.

One does not have to prove theorem's or understand current tax law to be either a mathmetician or an accountant. As a pilot, he passed exams that most people with a college education can't understand. As for the purchase of his place, he bought a 20% share, only to have the two physicians and two attorney who signed for the other 80% back out and not pay a cent. My grandfather did the budgeting to pay for the entire plane. I've seen his books. He was an excellent accountant. Present value, future value, compound interest rate calculations not to mention that whole balancing act that modern banks can't seem to appreciate anymore. But since you don't value anyone at all who hasn't gone through your approved sterile education system, you wouldn't understand. College educations not necessary? Hmmm? My grandmother had her masters. Not many women had them in those days. My family values education. But they have faith in humanity. You have faith in false dogma.

You presume statistics is a valid tool to apply to humanity. I disgree as we are all unique.

I have taken many statistics and management courses. Statistics are useful to identify a particular problem in a non-human system. But to use statistics to develp a one-size fits all approach for education is foolish. Same goes for health-care. My health condition is an outlier. Due to government intervention the cost to treat is also an outlier to the tune of $17k/mth. That's not a typo. Hence the one-size-fits-all ACA(Pelosicare) doesn't work for me. And neither should it be applied to education.

You appear to suggest that statistics is a form of science. That's like saying statistics could be used to calculate voltage drop in a cable or pressure loss through a pipe. It can't!!! Statistics by definition uses a large sample of data to find the most common characteristics of the data. But it simply doesn't explain the outliers. In fact the standard practice is to discard the outliers. By what you are suggesting with your faith in statistics, is that humans that don't fall in the six sigma limits are to be discarded. That doesn't work for me and a lot of other people I know. You may not realize this but you come off like a Goebbels protege. So if people do not fit in the six-sigma limits are they less equal than others?

Where is your data that says a superficial layer of protectionism represents homeschooling? Where is your data that indicates this same superficial layer of protectionism makes the case worse? I don't know of a single home-schooled child that is ill-equipped for making it in the real world. In the rural public school district where I was raised and the public school is a place where I would consider sending my daughter, I know a number of families that home-school or adults that were homeschooled. It does not take an 'expert' to recognize they are well-balanced friendly people. A number of teen-agers have their own businesses which suggests they certainly know how to interact with people. One has to acknowledge the outcomes. Which the left absolutely refuses to do. They focus on the procedure, bureaucracy, egalitarianism and kinds of programs that all ignore human action. The left's ideas are all brought about through government with ideas so good they have to be mandatory, to borrow a phrase.
