Thank you for the interview. At the moment, there are actually only two serious offerings for a reliable audio/video chat solution out there: Nusoft AVChat and Flashcoms Community Chat. I love the endless features and security considerations by AVChat, whereas the interface / GUI of Community Chat 7.1 is much more polished and intuitive. I wished, either Nusoft would redesign the GUI or Flashcoms would integrate more security features. At the moment I am not entirely happy with either one ... Another thought regarding the future of flash based products - could you share your opinions on Adobe Edge and WebRTC?

Well, the question to ask here may still be - is it the lack of possibilities or is it just another old-fashioned customer manner. With austrian (state-owned) railways you can buy your ticket via web (and print it out), via SMS or even via a Smartphone App. And yet, despite all the possibilities and a very high internet and smartphone penetration over here, most people still prefer to line up in front of the ticket machines or the ticket counters. Anyway, without trying it out, Southwest may never find out ...

Besser könnte man es nicht ausdrücken, sehe es genauso;

mit dem einen Unterschied, dass es Twitter auf einer Seite bestimmt einen Boost Richtung Monetarisierungswelten und Interesse bescheren könnte, aber gleichzeitig wie du schreibst komplett die 'Twitter-Natur' ändert und leider nur in die Business-Richtung...

You don't even need Greasemonkey to do that now, there is a gMail-Lab-Extension called "Hide Unread Counts", that "hides the unread counts for inbox, labels, etc.".

gMail -> Settings -> Labs (scroll down a bit) ...
