Personally, I couldn't stand myself anymore so I sucked it up. Now, the diet is super easy to follow and my cravings have diminished. It's no longer "a diet", it's just how I eat now.

Re: Rachael Ray Show - On the Show - 80-Second Exercises

I've lost 20 lbs since New Years by following Tim's advice. I strongly suggest that you read his book to go over the finer point because the devil is in the details. However, for those of you who are too lazy to read a book, here are the basics. No grains, bread, sugar (including fruit), rice, nothing that's white or could be white (including brown rice and sweet potatoes) no fruit juice and no dairy for 6 days per week. Consume 30g of protein within 30 minutes of waking and eat meat, eggs (both preferably grass fed / organic), lots of vegetables and legumes (beans and lentils). Do this for 6 days in a row. On the 7th day, the breakfast rules still apply but after that, you're allowed to satisfy your cravings (pizza, ice cream, french fries...) and repeat. ...but why no fruit? Because the sugar in fruit causes a change in your insulin levels. Go read the book because the details are critical to your success. Best of luck - BillyG

Re: Hired Guns: The 10 Greatest-Ever Session Guitarists

Carl Verheyen and Brent Mason are glaring omissions.

Re: Eminence FDM Speakers First Impressions

Very cool concept.
