The point is that people got used to click like on statuses, photos and links... on the other hand "Become a fan" was completely different and people didn't want to become fans of just about anything. Thus the magic solution was to convert the "Become a fan" button to like. I bet that pages have a significant increase in the number of fans/likes already.

I recommend you adding one more project 2.0 tool. I'm talking about ProjectOffice.net, the tool that offer much: project and task management, time and expense management, issue tracking, wikis, to-do lists etc.
