I have to add that going to see Yankee Stadium (is it called I or Old) with Monument Park and the small concourses was something I was glad I got to do.  As someone whose team was those 70s Dodgers teams, I probably never suffered a defeat as much as I did the 1978 team and I think I too thought when they won in 1981, hmm, I thought winning would mean more.
