I don't understand your article. All I see is a small pennant formation that broke around the 15th. Instead of a move either way (as you would expect from a pennant) it has been trading in a tight range. I don't see any news here apart from the unusual stability. Also Elliot waves don't predict anything.

they are paying cash for overpriced houses? Wasn't easy loans the only reason for the housing bubble? It doesn't make sense if they are paying cash.
