Its a good practice to wash hands after using bathroom as infectious agents might be present which may infect other tems wile touching them.I always wash hands with soap after using bathroom.

Replacing cow's milk wit breast milk doesn't seems realistic from monetary as well as practical point.Obviously breast milk is good for health but only for children.

I have to sit for long hours as per my job.Due to which off & on I suffer from severe backache.This chair may be helpful to me,seems to be comfortable.
