Libs always try to suppress any freewill/free speech that they do not agree with. Maureen Dowd's article calling Joe Wilson a racist is just another sign of the desparation on the part of the Democrats because they are losing the healthcare debate and they are losing in pretty much every other arena of ideas. Its obvious that Obama is clueless as evidenced by the economy continuing to tank. So of course they have to play and overplay the race card...they cannot win in an honest, intellectual debate. Like I said yesterday what really pisses off the Democrats is not that Joe Wilson called Obama a liar, but that Obama was lying and someone actually called him on it. If Obama was telling the truth, he would not be afraid to go on Fox and answer some real questions on Sunday. But rather than that, he is going on every other network and being spoonfed puffball questions. Bush at least had the guts to go on the other networks and get tough questions...but then again Bush was a real leader.

It is amusing to see how democrats cry about the very things they did to George W for 8 years. Hell you even blamed Bush for Katrina. Like I said his only crime was thinking that folks in New Orleans were smart enough to get out of the way.

As for Joe. Joe called Obama a liar because Obama lied about illegals being covered by universal health care. that forced the democrats to make sure that the illegals were NOT covered despite voting down several bills put forth by the repubicans that would have done just that. So yes Joe's outburst was the tipping point that shone a light on the cockroaches that are the Democrats.

Point being, if Joe had not spoken out, illegals would be covered. Since Joe spoke, there is at least a chance they will not be. Way to go Joe.

I'm sorry I bored you with the cat and mouse game, perhaps you can find someone smarter next time.

Okay you hang here, I'll go read the 83 pages.

While you're waiting, you can explain how "Preventative raids" are in line with the 4th ammendment. Democrats were crying for years about illegal wiretaps and now Obama does a raid as a result of illegal wiretaps and finds no evidence and Chucky Schumer calls the raids "preventative" and you're cool with it.

My last sentence was not mud, its just true. You obviously have different rules for Obama than you do for Bush and since those rules are not specified, its impossible to show you how he broke them. Thats just the way liberals work. If Bush does illegal wiretaps you guys go nuts, but when Obama does it and goes the next step and kicks down doors you're okay.
when Bush is in front of Congress and they boo and yell, you're fine, but when one guy calls Obama a liar, you freak out and hold hearings. When Obama speaks to school children you hail him as a hero, but when Bush 41 did it Democrats held more hearings.

One thing that is really funny and why Liberals are so fun to laugh at is that they freaked out so hard on Joe Wilson that they had to put languange into the health bill excluding illegals. So not only was Obama lying but when he tried to shut congress up, he actually forced themto exclude the illegals that they need to win elections. So not only did Joe Wilson call Obama a liar, he ensured that illegals will have to go back to their country of origin for health care. That guy is AWESOME. And now that Acorn is goin down in flames, 2010 is gonna really suck for you guys.

I'm gonna go watch Acorn show people how to set up child prostitution rings, I missed it in the first 3 cities so I gotta watch the 4th.

The ninth circuit said that you cannot detain people for who they associate with, this morning anti-terrorism troups detained people because of who they associated with.

And thats why its impossible to argue with a liberal.

Okay fine I'll clutter the board. The ninth circuit said that Ashcroft et al had detained Muslim combatants without probable cause. They did not see guilt by association as probable cause

Ironically this morning Obama Government agents raided the homes of several people in Queens NY because they were visited by an associate of Al Queda. That is by definiton Guilt by Association! So Obama broke the same law TODAY that the Ninth Circuit ruled on.

Its Jim not Joe and I think you have missed my point completely. I have no bitterness toward the US Government or anyone else. I dont believe there has been any injustice done to me, i'm not the one crying about how the government doesnt take care of me. I believe the bitterness you see lies in the mirror.

I have lived the American dream, grew up poor and now I'm rich (comparatively speaking) and I still think this is the greatest country in the world. This country became great from hard work by individuals not from Government. I just think more people should learn to rely on themselves and not the government. If I had taken government handouts instead of bustin my tail I would not be as successful as I am today. Thats the thing about America, depending on the government cripples people, making them take care of themselves makes it a better country for everyone.

Okay Clinton was the one who gave the Chinese all the technology to build 13 nukes that can reach California and Clinton was the one accuse of rape by multiple women. So I assume the 8 years you are referring to are 1992-2000?

I have not slung any "mud" and have used no vulgarity, my point is simple, you should not rely on the government to take care of you, you should do it yourself. People who rely upon the government to take care of them are at the mercy of that government.

To your other point, I was born and raised in Texas. You will rarely see a real Texan ask the government for help. If I need help, I have my neighbors and if they need help they have me.

BTW, you're welcome for your college education. I worked my way through college so I paid taxes the whole time which means that my wages paid my tuition and my tax dollars paid yours. Fortunately at the end of the day I am stronger for it and you are still a slave to Obama.

you'll forgive me but I'd love to stay and chat, but I have to work so I can pay for the victims of Katrina who have still refused to get off their lazy asses and give FEMA their trailers back. We dont want them to be without cable TV.

So the government paid for your college, and the government was responsible for you not getting out of the way of a hurricane, not the local government mind you because they're democrats, but Bush.

So when does a strong woman like yourself actually take responsibility for her life? I must be making some good point, becuase the democrat moderator has decided that I should be censored. How typical is that. Liberals are all for free speech as long as you agree with them.
