To counter this, I made a delicious pork roast.  I normally serve this on a bed of mixed greens from the grocery store.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5 lbs pork roast&lt;br&gt;3 cups of Wine&lt;br&gt;6 garlic cloves&lt;br&gt;Salt &amp;amp; Pepper&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Put Pork in Crock Pot. &lt;br&gt;Pour Wine in Crock Pot&lt;br&gt;Throw 6 cloves of garlic in Crock Pot.&lt;br&gt;Salt and Pepper the top of the pork roast&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Close lid.
