I don't feel shame at all about remixing things, but I don't want it to seem like I'm always wearing the same outfits either so I only post outfits when there's something a bit different about them; but I think I'm quite creative in that regard, I'm a big layerer. Anyway, I've really been enjoying your fatshion feb posts.

I really used to fall for the images I saw on magazine covers, but one thing I've been able to notice more and more since deciding to love and accept my own body is how horribly photoshopped magazine covers are. We're supposed to feel bad because we don't look like that? Kate Bosworth and Kate Winslet don't even look like that!

Hmmm, I wonder though if putting weight on the size chart is that effective when some girls carry a lot of weight in their thighs (me!) and other girls carry their weight up top and actually have quite skinny legs. That's a really cute hair bow!

I love this colour combo on you.
I'm seriously flirting with the idea of trying out Asos' peg leg jeans, because I think they would look cute with the new ski jacket I just had to buy to cope with the Canadian winter that's about to hit. So if I wear peg pants this season that's probably how I'll do it.

One of the things that constantly surprises me about the plus-size community is how so many of us manage to have our own unique looks when there are such limited options for us, and I think that does just come down to how we each style our outfits. To be honest, I quite enjoy seeing different bloggers own the same pieces, even if it's the same thing I own, because I like seeing how they look on all the different people and what they choose to style it with. What bugs me more is when bloggers don't make an effort to add their own touch to an outfit and just wear it straight out of the box with no flare that makes it their own.
