Color me biased, as I developed it, but there's a new plugin called "Better Click To Tweet" that gets constant updates.

This plugin still hasn't been updated since this article was written. You should try mine out!

I wrote a plugin based off of the first one (minus the Powered By link, and adding some serious muscle under the hood... things like nofollowing links, and custom styling options). Tweetdis (the new one on the block) has lots of features like mine, but mine is free.

I love these mailbag posts every week, but I've got to come up with a better way to not follow every rabbit trail for 45 minutes. Great stuff.

Regarding question #3:

I made a plugin specifically for removing the dates from posts on WordPress blogs.

In fact, it shows the date for a specified number of days (which you select) and then after that magic number of days elapses, the date disappears from the post.

It's my first plugin, so I'm obsessive about updating it and patching it, and so far I've earned $22 in donations from it. That breaks down to about .003 cents per hour of development and support.

I'd love it if you'd check it out. It's in the official repository at http://wordpress.org/plugin...

The trick to getting around WSJ's pay wall: Google the headline title, and go in from Google. I assume you could cut/paste the complete link (with the referrer listed as google) and link to the articles that way.

Google penalizes WSJ and others when they hide "first click" content behind a pay wall.

Thought you might be interested in that as a way to showcase some more "hits"

Thanks for the comment, Tim. I'd say that asking God to do what only he can do (open the eyes of our hearts) fits under your banner of "glorifying him" I am not preparing for worship by asking God to open my blind eyes, I am already worshiping, by engaging him in prayerful song.

Good thoughts! I enjoy thinking through these things.

I would love feedback on how to be recognized as top talent. Especially now with such a saturated job market, it is tough to stand out. I'd be interested in how you'd recommend someone in my position (low man on the totem pole looking for a better job) go about being desirable to people who make personel decisions.

See, when you say in yesterday's post that the "truth about" videos are your best work, I (somewhat) disagree. There were several times in the post that I laughed out loud. I (just) smile frequently in the "truth about" videos.

Maybe thats because the timing of spoken (via computer, in this case) word doesn't leave time to really absorb the content, because you are looking forward to the next punchline. But when I read your stuff, I really enjoy it. I bet I'd LOL at the transcripts of the "truth about" vids.
