Jacob! Great message sir. Such a pace and just matter of fact personal story telling capped off with a direct call to action. I love the length, you got right to the point.

If you were thinking about one person who needed to hear this message who would it be? We all have the same number of minutes in the day, what are they doing with those minutes? Where might they be is they did the work?

Good work here Jacob, a little more practice and I can see you saying this in front of a crowd. Whats an old story you had about you as a public speaker and whats your new story?

Ben! A natural teacher. Such clear points, great energy. I learned something and the "close" is almost a silent one it they are listening you don't even need to ask for the commitment it just makes sense.

So good, but just so add something I might go a bit more advanced. -- If you were thinking about one person who needed to hear this message who would it be? Maybe that 50 year old with not enough in the 401k? Or with kids about to go to college? -- Thinking on this what other message might you include that gets them personally bought in or see themselves in the change?

What did you learn about yourself in the process of making this video?

Andrew, great topic. I like how you weaved together you passion of events with getting active.

Thinking about that listener you'd like to influence, what do you think will catch them up front? I liked the "1%" stat and some of the event ideas. How could they have helped grab that listener right off the top? "Events have immovable deadlines" such a cool idea! Commitments! How can you create more anchors in your talk to get people to commit and then hit them with even more like Nancy Duarte does in the prompt?

I think you are on to something here Andrew with the combination of ideas. How did it feel to make this and what does that tell you?

Andrea, great message. You are so natural on video! Important topic, I have to admit I don't know that I was sensitive enough to loved ones going through this same concern, I know now that it is much more than about hair.

You have so many of the part and pieces here I just think you could touch up the order of delivery and tighten it up for maximum impact. How can you capture the listener with your thoughts on the impact of hair to health up front? How can you bring the "close" in earlier and then reinforce it like the Nancy Duarte video does? Who is the key listener you were thinking about? How can you pull them in and make this real in their world?

I could see this becoming a PSA on Facebook for your charity, might you take another pass at the video (in landscape mode ;) ) in your RS? I bet with your skills here you are 1 or 2 takes away from something ready to ship to the world!

Amy, good job! Great positivity and important message. I think you have all the right pieces here! I think pulling the story in the front as Roxanne mentioned and then peppering in your key points to support it. Be confident in the stats you share, you know your stuff!

If you only had 30 seconds where would you start to grab your listener? If you've thought about that key listener, what could you attach to in their worldview that would shake them into listening? Let this be your guide.

Amy, good pitch. I like the idea, it seems like many people likely have the same issue not being able to get away or afford many of these luxuries so bringing them to the people might create an opportunity to scale. On that same note how do you think you pulled the listener in? Was there a story that they might have seen themselves in that might have created a stronger connection?

No need to call out your video quality, you never saw mine - yikes - but more importantly What did you learn about yourself in the process of making this video?

Hey Alex, good topic. A real challenge for many, even those who can afford it probably would like to pay less. How will your service help preserve the quality and not race to the bottom on costs? Is there any way to being the people more to the forefront? Maybe it's less about cost but quality and people? How could those stories change my thoughts on using your service?

I love that you are already building this, it shows a lot of passion and belief in the problem. Do you think the viewer will come along with you? Do you think they'll rethink how the find and buy design?

Adam, love it man. So relate-able and direct. I'd have loved to have the opportunity to hear this at 24 and to hopefully have listened.

I was wondering what did you learn about yourself in the process of making this video? I see a sense of ease in it all taking in the post, you are putting out the facts and hoping for an open minded listener.

So many amazing quotes, many as captured by the Ogres below, if you were stuck in the elevator and the millennial was open to listening for that very moment what point would you strike with?

BTW, I had my 12 year old listen to the video. I'm hoping to be thanking you in 10 years!

Sarah, the clarity jumps off the page. I like the exercise but no need to judge yourself using Google Images! Never less, "guide" is a great way to think about your future.

I see what's holding you back up there, time and distractions are real but make sure to examine any other fears or stories you are telling yourself (resistance) about this change. How might your narratives keep you from seeing what’s possible - the opportunities you’re ignoring? To keep the fire burning answer the question, what's the cost of NOT leaping?

You are not your work, how might your work related narratives keep you from seeing what’s possible for you - the opportunities you’re ignoring?

It sounds to be like you've already leapt Roxanne but something that with keep you going is the question of what would the cost be of NOT leaping?

Such a great opportunity to re-frame you've taken here. I love the clear commitments. I feel a bit of a breakthrough here even though we talked earlier in the program this really sheds new light.

When you get the the point of rest, can you take a swing of your transformation wand at the items you mentioned about your personal life? We all care about you Michelle, you are important. What would stop you from taking those personal actions if you've already accomplished so much in the business realm? I'm hoping to heard nothing will stop you!

Jesse, great commitment to digging deep in this post. I love that today's Jesse can see through the Jesse of P1, its a meaningful skill when you can catch yourself hiding.

Your last paragraph there about the serendipitous meeting the work you've been putting out into the universe brought this moment. A clear time for a re-frame and leap!

I feel like the "The questions I need to ask" section is a real breakthrough "Am I helping us level up or blocking forward progress?" "Am I still engaged and hungry?" The safety and protection we feel from the resistance is only short-term, if you answer these questions what do you need to immediately do next?

Jacob, interesting approach tot he prompt. A real issue for the future.

To get a little crazy in RS the prompt tells us your analysis can't possibly be right, so we can be as creative as we wish. What events might have to happen for task workers boundaries to change? How might their assets be used differently even is a world of automation? How might the "task worker" become the best possible person to help a company automate it's work?

Fernando, generous of you to explore your friend's situation. I wonder if there is something else at play here beyond the logical? Can you get deeper into the story he is telling himself... the "5 whys" might work... "why would the business not take off?" etc. then deeper and deeper. Eventually you'll get to an emotion that is something you can work on helping him deal with. What worldviews are at play here? Can you help him see the "other side" what you see (empathy for himself or someone else)?

Dave, awesome. Nicely done. I loved the turn in the story "What would it look like if Costco got out of the retail business, and into the membership business?" I knew it would be good! Great ideas at the end there, I don't see why many wouldn't be easily testable right now.

In their worldview what "truths" has Costco constructed/accepted to protect itself? What are they protecting themselves from? What massive event might cause the boundaries change? Remember, your analysis can't possibly be right (the prompt says so), so be as creative as you wish!
