Very interesting discussions.  This morning, mostly pro-nuclear folks basically taking the position that people, including journalists, should consider nuclear in comparison with other energy technologies.  In that sense, nuclear doesn't look too bad.  Both also indicated that it could be better, but should be part of the mix.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The two presentations were followed with a panel discussion, adding a couple of journalists who cover nuclear energy issues.  Again, the consensus was that there was a role for nuclear, and perhaps we've (including basic news coverage) played the fear card a bit too strongly.
