Once you've installed Bangla, click on options, and then 'Add a Keyboard'. In keyboard, you'll get a few options... install the phonetic one.

https://imgur.com/a/aekhxFT

Re: Microsoft integrates smart phonetic Indic keyboards in 10 Indian languages in Windows 10

I don't know the language, so I just tried typing 'bharat', 'desh', and 'abhishek'. There's no toggle in MIUI Settings. The option to turn off ads is a workaround. Not many people would know and discover it. Let's not kid ourselves.

Re: Xiaomi is slyly pushing ads all over MIUI and there’s no way out

Racism and factual inaccuracies never make for a good comment.

Re: Xiaomi is slyly pushing ads all over MIUI and there’s no way out

I'm okay with advertising if one, there is transparent disclosure about it and second, they are not obtrusive or makes the UI an eye-sore.

Re: Xiaomi is slyly pushing ads all over MIUI and there’s no way out

The last paragraph links to the forum post specifying the way to turn off the ads. Every brand starts a feature/service in one market where they want to test the waters. India is the company's biggest market.

Also, the way to turn off ads is not intuitive for regular users, so it is more off a trick than an 'option to turn off ads'. If they cannot highlight a way to turn off ads, it implies they want to push advertising. That's what the article is about.

Re: Xiaomi is slyly pushing ads all over MIUI and there’s no way out

Your comment is borderline inaccurate. There's no straightforward way to get rid of ads that a normal consumer would discover. I mention the observations are from India perspective; and state the phone/build that has ads. Nowhere in the article I mention Poco. IDK what you'll gain by writing such comment.

Re: OnePlus hopes the new Type-C Bullets will make you forget about the missing headphone jack

I hear there's also a coffee maker that drips espresso from the Type-C port.

Re: Nokia 6.1 Plus first impressions: HMD Global’s next bet in the mid-range segment

It does.

Re: Nokia 7 plus review: The perfect mid-range smartphone

Nokia 7 plus is a great phone. OnePlus 6 is a solid phone as well.

It's difficult to compare. Nokia 7 plus is a mid-range smartphone, the OP6 is just on the periphery of flagships. Top of the line specs and pretty good camera. And a 10k price difference.

If you're liberal with budget, go for OP6. If you're stretching and don't need raw power, N7P is just fine.

Re: Nokia 7 plus review: The perfect mid-range smartphone

I use it as my daily driver. This is an underserved segment that once had devices like ASUS Zenfone, Samsung mid-rangers, et al. but could now use some great devices.

Re: Nokia 7 plus review: The perfect mid-range smartphone

Reason:
Xiaomi's track record with updates (and it wasn't a bad call since the Oreo update came quite late). Nokia has been stellar with its 2017 portfolio.
Nokia 7 Plus supports Android P.
Mi A1 had a random 'Mi Community' app pre-loaded.

Re: Everyone needs to get off Microsoft’s back for Eric Lundgren’s jail sentence for counterfeiting

Even after the explanation about refurbished PCs in the article, some people are missing the point.

The restore disks are available for free for individuals to download. Thank you.

I would also like to state that most bag companies which make bags targeted towards tech-focussed audience, make bags for devices. There's X bag for MacBook, Y bag for Surface, Z bag for iPad. These also serve as reference sizes (I indicate in my article what devices this one could fit). Also, in the headline, I do call it as a 'laptop bag' too so that all users can check if this works for them.
