If your'e on a Mac you can also use the built-in vnc viewer; Screen Sharing.app or Cmd+K in the Finder.

Get a Microplane rasp. They are absolute magic when it comes to grating. I think they are *at least* 2x faster and require less strength at the same time. Also they are super cheap in the US, about 1/3rd of the price here. :(

I got a regular tin now. I had those silicone cups in my hands but decided against. Metal tin looks easier to clean and in case a muffin 'grows over' they are still on the plate. They might look like a mushroom though. :)

I banned turmeric from my 'indian cuisine defaults'. I found it too coloring, and even more that yellow looks quite unnatural to me. See [1]. Moreover it quickly adds a pretty earthy taste IMO.

I found that saffron gives you a nicer, more golden color. Not so strong. It's quite bitter when used too much but you wont do since its expensive as f••• — and you really only need a micro pinch of it.

This is similar to a SlugField that defaults to varchar=50. This always bites me.

app_label='auth' does not work for you? [edit] It would create a separate set of permissons. It is wrong that you have to be superuser to use those proxy models.

I had problems with highlighted (pygments) text in pre-tags which results in unindented code *cry*. But that's a very special condition.

The drawback of this is, that it also steals the whitespace in pre and textarea tags.

Die iPython Shell kann man auch mittels "manage.py shell --plain" umgehen und gelangt zur normalen Python Shell.
