I've been an election worker in my district since the first GWB win. And I can relate to all of your stories. And while I recognize you're saying it mostly tongue in cheek, I'd caution that everyone deserves the right and as much help as they will allow. When I recall what my grandparents had to do to secure the right to vote, I don't begrudge anyone, even the willfully ignorant.

Hi Kerry. I've been spinning now for about 4 years. Been seriously bike riding for about 3. 2 years ago I did my first century ride and while I can't say it was "easy", it was nowhere beyond my capability. I had no real opportunity to train for it beyond a couple of 25 mile rides and my usual once to twice a week spinning classes. I credit the spinning with getting me through it.
