That's how I think about Google as well. It was an ad platform for me before a social network. I know how much they know about me :)

Good question! We're a publishing platform similar to Wordpress, but for coupons. We encourage our customers to honor the discounts they offer, as they would when publishing a blog post, banner ad, printed advertisement, or postcard.
