Two points to think about though:</p><p>1. At law firms, the lion's share of the wealth goes to the lawyers, not support staff. Because wealthy people have more expendable income than poorer and middle-income people, most donations (I would estimate 90%+) from the "Lawyer" industry come from lawyers themselves. Because the ranking is based on $ donations, rather than # of donations, the smaller donations from secretaries and paralegals won't be enough to tip the scales.</p><p>2. Even if support staff did make up a substantial portion of donations, their interests should be aligned with the survival and success of their law firm.
