I have actually found a couple of things on here that are very helpful that I have not seen on other sites. I may not qualify for the 20's or 30's crowd you are targeting here but in today's economy of jobs being lost every minute I do qualify for trying to find another job after losing a job I felt very secure in for 13 years. I particularly liked the section on "Interviews". So many people do not know how to conduct themselves in front of the person interviewing them. If I might add only one thing to the "food for thought" on the interview process that would be to look at yourself as a product to the company you are wanting to be hired by and Sell Yourself. You have one chance to show why they should hire you. This is not a time to be reserve with any answers.
Keep up the good work and glad to see you are doing well.

Brent
