I'm sorry you feel that way, but that was never "the deal" that myself, Louis, or anybody stated. As explained, the special on TV is 20 minutes shorter, bleeped, and is just not the same product. Not to mention you OWN it and can do whatever with it. Every standup special that is available on DVD (which never costs $5) is also aired on TV.

You would have never complained if this was a DVD, so why are you complaining when its a cheap $5 download? Have you ever bought a DVD and then been pissed the same movie or standup special aired on TV or HBO?

I appreciate your support, but I think Louis and I airing our specials on TV is 100% reasonable. If you disagree, feel free to never support any artist using direct to consumer business models.

Yeah its tough, but when I do those shows an overwhelming majority of
people watching have never seen my standup, so I kind of need to do my
material in some form to give them a taste of what my standup is like.
Its kind of standard practice.
