I assume the difference in monies listed is a result of .04 % overhead mgt costs. if true then the numbers balance according tomy calcs as follows:

$2,825,000,000 = 1,000,000,000 + 350,000,000 + 1,000,000,000 + 350,000,000 + 125,000,000
Where 125,000,000 is mgmt costs of .04 percent of total provided as 2,825,000.000

States $150,000,000 each fiscal year 2009 and 2010 which I assume means $300,000,000 funding. Does it mean $4,500,000 each fiscal year too or is the $4,500,000 mgt costs for the entire length of time of this act? Also, what does it mean "remain avilable through "sept 30, 2012"? Does tis means any unused funds to return after 9/30/12 or is this a hint that same funding is needed for years 2011 and 2012?

Body of the bill on page 10 does not show dollar amount for(12) Dept Transportation being $20,000,000 but amount is listed in page 10 summary section.
