I've starting staging my site and have a message that says it can take up to 2 minutes: "Staging setup in progress. This can take up to 2 minutes." It's now way beyond that and nothing has changed other than a new myftpupload domain. I'm waiting to chat with support, but maybe others would have this problem too and a reply could help them as well.
