Thank you for the update. For those who have followed Palin, this comes as no surprise to us. If Sarah isn't in TOTAL control, say like at Fox, she's OUT of control. This report proves once again - the woman can't handle "the heat", whereby doesn't belong anywhere near "the kitchen" (WH). Thanks for this report - much appreciated.

On my drive home this evening I tuned in to Pacifica radio and listened to an interview of Tom Englehart, author and creator of the tomdisdpatch.com blog.
He has written an article called: "Missing in the Japan Catastrophe, Thinking the Unthinkable."
It is somewhat lengthy but very thoughtful and worth the read, IMO, if you have the chance.
He is basically addressing how the bombing of Hiroshima affected his life and the reluctance of the media to address worst case scenarios.

Well, I just want to say - I don't think I'll be posting my opinions on our WARS and Obama anymore. It's isn't worth it to me, as "Obama Can Do No Wrong" types seem to attack. Truthfully, I never expected it from (dare I say "OUR") REGULARS here - but I've been wrong about things so many times in my life...I guess I was proved wrong again. The thing I find amazing is - I only posted a link, with a 1 sentence following - my OPINION only. I thought WE (as a group) were beyond that. I thought this was a place I could express myself without fear of being called out. But I was wrong. I feel stiffeled and suffocated now...and I never thought that would happen HERE. Just like my INFAMOUS LINK to the manuscript, I feel attacked again. It's so sad.

No replies wanted or needed. I just want to express the feelings I've had since it occurred - and it doesn't feel good. LIFE GOES ON...and I will too as Aview999.
(only to add...maybe I'm emotional right now. No WONDER!! All the shit going on right now! Emotional is expected...warranted)

In 1986, it was a nuclear engineer in Sweden who alarmed the world to the terrible radiation coming from the Chernobyl nuclear accident in Ukraine more than 1,800 kilometers away.

And I remember, as it is all over the world, when they cannot control atomic power they will try to control the information.
