Haley killed as Rorschach. His face, the emotion in his voice, without the mask on during his death scene...that man was perfect for the part.
He made me very, very happy.

Re: Who's Watching the Watchmen Movie?

As a fan, writer and artist myself, it is by far the apex of sequential art and visual storytelling. I have been studying the art form since I began reading Spidey/X-Men at age 13, and when I read Watchmen, not only was could I not put it down after only reading 3 panels, the story was so thick and well-plotted out I loved a story thet blurred the line between hero and villain. I could care less id others dislike the film; I've found that the majority who are unfamiliar with the graphic novel go in expecting Batman, or some other costumed vigilante they're familiar with, and the predisposition completely sets them up for disappointment. However, I do have quite a few friends who don't read comic regularly, who loved the film, and read the book shortly after. However, ever single time without fail, when someone random mentions the film, or noticed my 'who watches...' hoodie (I wear it a lot) the blue balls are always the first thing they mention. I suppose sometimes I just need to stop and realize it's great to be on the more intellectually competent side of the conversation.

Re: Who's Watching the Watchmen Movie?

It Speaks volumes about our country's intellegence level, the whole Dr.Manhattan thing. In a story where the 'villian' is a 'hero', who murders millions of people to save the entire planet from a nuclear apocalypse...people only noticed the blue genitals?!? It's sickening and pathetic. His nudity, while not spelled out for the low IQ toting troglodytes, his nudity had great significance. It symbolized his detachment, an even Adam & Eve like loss of touch with humanity. And since I have enough functional grey matter to read a book, not to mention that I'm not into dudes, I really didn't pay attention to Dr.Manhattan's dick.
To be honest with you, I found it difficult to remove my eyes from Silk Spectre's ass, and how ef'n cool Rorschach's mask was.
