WHO DARES SUMMON ME TO THIS COMMENT THR- oh, hello there. To answer your question, the only complicated rig in the sketch was when Jordan comes in sideways. What we did is a build a plywood platform onto the camera boom of one of our spare camera dollies, I believe it was the Fisher but my DP or key grip would know for sure. Jordan lay on his side and we had a grip hold his legs for support, that allowed us to boom him up into the air on the arm and wheel him into the shot on the dolly track, so that we could do it silently. Mancy is correct, the upside down entrance was shot in the same spot in front of green screen and tracked onto a marker that another grip lowered into the frame on my cue. That's how the lighting matches so well, and it's why I always like to shoot green screen shots under the exact same lighting as my plate, (which is what we also did for the Dueling Hats sketch in last night's show). That gag gave Jordan time to hop off the dolly and get into position for the final entrance on the ground, which happened on a simple mechanic's skate board. Thanks for watching!

Thanks for the nice review, however one point of clarification: the show is not made by a variety of directors and cinematographers. Every part of every episode is directed by Peter Atencio (me, hello) and shot by the incredibly talented Charles Papert.

Thanks for the nice review Joanne. I directed every episode of the show, and I grew up in Denver reading your columns in the Post, so it's nice to hear that you enjoyed the show. We've got some really great stuff coming in the rest of the season.

No, no, this is all wrong. The best way to garner some sympathy (and cow me into publicly apologizing no less) would be to say something along the lines of "hey Peter, I'm sorry that I don't utilize something as trivial as Facebook invites in the manner in which you see fit, but I'm a struggling comedian trying to get a leg up any way I can, and inviting people to like my fan page helps me do that. I fail to see how the mild inconvenience of having to click 'not attending' or even, God forbid, *ignoring* my facebook invitation demands posting a rude comment, not to mention putting a screenshot of said comment on your blog, dragging my name through the mud, and in general using the opportunity to aggrandize your own intellect. I understand if this desire to trumpet your own worth comes from some level of insecurity on your part, but I'd prefer you express your unhappiness to me personally and not resort to childish name-calling, and in return I'll be happy to not include your name on future Facebook events." 1. That Judas Priest vs. Joan Baez youtube battle you posted earlier was magical.
2. One of the guys in the midnight show (James Adomian) got a phone call from Huell Howser after he heard through the grapevine that James did a great impression of him. Huell was very nice (duh).

Your "review" is spot on. The film sucks. It's boring, bland, and when it's over you feel like you've spent two hours sitting in an airport. Plus, I have a lot of issues with the characters and the writing overall. We'll talk after you see it.
