Working in the field of education I have for the better part of my career I have worked with teachers helping them to see the value of collaboration as part of their teaching methodology. This is an increasingly important skill for todays' knowledge workers and one that needs to be developed. I like other educators also feel that having visualization tools ie. mind maps, graphic organizers, flow charts, Gantt charts is essential in communicating ideas especially when working with international teams. Visuals and graphics are becoming increasingly important and having tools to help us to develop ideas is an important skill set. I have been writing about these tools on my blog for years and would enjoy your feedback
