Sometimes things don't go your way. But if you think a person is good enough to get two match points on their own serve in a 5-set match and not good enough to win, then you don't know tennis. Djokovic was up a break earlier in that same set and didn't serve it out. These are two great players, and it was a very competitive match. And it's ridiculous to say someone is the GOAT or not because of one point won or lost. The whole GOAT business is ridiculous. Let's just appreciate both of these great players.

I love the 1016 and have been looking for a less expensive, modern alternative. Somehow this one doesn't do it for me. It's both a little too homage-ish and at the same time the sunken in central part of the dial throws it off for me. I decided to buy the Bell & Ross BR V1-92 instead. Granted it is 3X the price (gray market) but more harmonious design to me.

Such an important point to keep in mind. Copy variation is and always has been a fact of life with all manufacturers and formats. It's also notable that even the good copies which have a center of sharpness in the center of the lens tend to have some degree of asymmetric sharpness which is noticeable if you go looking for it. I try NOT to go looking for it :).

I think it looks great, and the size is no problem to me. While I have no problem with smaller watches like my 36mm Datejust and 38mm SARB033, my Stowa 1938 chrono is 41mm and 1mm more is okay by me for a bi compax dial like this one. I will probably be in for one when they become available.

Yes, focus peaking works well with manual focus. As does the magnification aid. Or with lenses this wide, one can use the distance scale.

How would I do something similar more generally for ads which are not Adsense?

Say I have the javascript ad code for one Amazon CPM ad and the ad code for another ad from Adsense. I want the script to calculate the available space (adWidth) and show the Amazon ad if the adWidth > 728 and the Adsense ad otherwise.

Would that be hard to do? Thanks for any help.

Just as an fyi to others buying in the US - my 556 I from Watchbuys came with a black leather strap with black stitching, not the off-white stitching shown in these pictures. I wish it had the contrast stitching, but the all black strap looks great too and also seems very high quality.

I've always had crashes and other software glitches with my Macs, including with every version of OS X.

To this day my top spec MacBook Air won't get a Wifi connection upon waking from sleep unless Bluetooth is off. Even then it is hit or miss. Thankfully one of the updates seems to have eliminated my kernel panics.

After a long, long time with Android phones, I'm gonna try switching to iPhone 6 Plus. I know I'll miss the back button, simultaneous voice/data, and that there will be other switching pains.

However, after a long weekend spent with my brother where his Verizon iPhone 6 got better LTE than my Verizon LG G2 (which seems to get better reception than my previous Samsung Note 2 and Galaxy S3), I want to give it a try.
