I know this is where technology is taking us but it still doesn't come without it's own set of headaches. Let's say eventually it starts to be required for credit card purchases, then you can no longer let your significant other borrow your card. This may be good in some cases, but just to go to the grocery story it might become a pain.

I love technology and the things we can build with it but I'm also concerned with the privacy issues that we face as well. Something about attaching my thumb print to everything I do makes me a whole lot of nervous. I already know that every store and highway I'm on camera already and advertisers are following my every move online. We does this convenience become an annoyance or invasion of privacy?

As a recording engineer myself I can understand his frustration with digital. Mp3's are a very brittle and shallow medium but to try and bring back analog is not going to happen. We must keep moving technology forward in an effort to provide convenience to the fan experience that they expect.

nuTsie sounds very interesting. I think it's a great way to discover music even from your home area. Sometimes stumbling across a band you've never heard of in your home town is the even cooler. I'm going to check this out.

There has been no other band that has proved to me so much that music is truly universal like Sigur Ros. Even though I understand nothing of what they sing every time I hear Hoppipolla I get chills throughout my entire body. Takk was an absolute masterpiece from beginning to end. If you really enjoy there music you should check out their documentary Heima. Absolutely Incredible.
